Can't communicate with switch

Hi. We are working with a meridian option 1 81c pbx and 7 mos ago someone tripped on a tty cable plugged into an sdi card I believe. It's a qpc139b if that helps. That being said it injured the card and it wasn't disabled via software nor hardware. Replaced the card but cannot get into the switch. Can't login Can't get a command prompt. At my wits end. This is a very big company and it's vital I figure this out. Help me please!!!
