Call Queueing on a SL1100

Call Queueing on a SL1100

One of our customers is wanting to have a call queue in place so the reception phones are not ringing when they have patients in front of them. Those 3 phones are currently setup with virtual extension 251. 251 is setup as dial option 1 and 2. What would be the easiest way to have option 1 and 2 go straight into a call queue instead of ringing the phones?

RE: Call Queueing on a SL1100

I think it will still ring the idle phones while in the queue

Gotcha. Would there be a way to do this with an ACD group (which I have never programmed)?

RE: Call Queueing on a SL1100

You could use a log in/log out key if they were ACD agents but why not just give them a DND key?
