I have been working with a client with a Meridian system that is now in need of some programming. I have attempted to login via the attached PC with Procomm Plus. I can see data come across the screen, which I believe indicates that the serial parameters are set correctly. However I am unable to login to the system. See attached pictures for screenshots of failures. Thanks for any assistant.

Ir could be that the password is case sensitive

Also OVL400 means that too many attempts have been made and you can't try again until the timeout period has expired. I think the default was 30 minutes.

Thanks for the reply.

Is the context for the login attempts correct?

Customer has no idea what the password is, I tried the default. Is there anyone that can advise on how to rest password?
