Does anyone know if a 16DLCA in a UG50 will support Call History? The feature works on my IP phones but not on my Digital phones off the UG50. None of my manuals address this. Thanks for any insight.

RE: SV9500 Call History

Sorry saw this days ago and could not log into reply.

No Call history is not supported on the Digital terminals on a UG50.

Also desiless display phones are not supported. That one I can't figure out.

Well ... shaould have followed this up ... I was able to get call History to work ... found a bit in SFI that was set wrong ... Changed that bit, and when I reset the phone(s) (DT300 series)terminal history worked.

RE: SV9500 Call History

In October 2021 we contacted NEC about it and were told not supported. They must have fixed it. That or it works but they don't support on those cards or systems yet. What version software is that system running?
