Error sch0369 when creating new mobileX

Error sch0369 when creating new mobileX

(OP)
Greetings gentlemen,

I`m trying to build a mobileX for an extension.
The DN is MCR in key 0 of a M3904 extension and it has a second appearance in a M3903 extension.
I`m using phonemaster and I get this error:

REQ: NEW
TYPE: UEXT
TN 200 0 00 01
DES MOBX01
...
KEY 0 SCR 32551
SCH0369
KEY 1 HOT P 12 (TEL NUMBER)
...
KEY 19 CFW 16
...
KEY
SCH2248
KEY *

I'm new to CS1000 so I really appreciate it if anyone can help.

RE: Error sch0369 when creating new mobileX

Its been a while since I last accessed a CS1000 system, but I think you need to use a spare DN to do the initial provision on the TN.

Then you need to make a change to Key 0 to make it a SCR.

If that fails, then I think you need to remove all occurrences of the MCR first. Once that's done then you can do the SCR on the TN,before reapplying the MCR key again.

Hi Firebird Scrambler,

I will only be able to try these procedures on Monday, but I will get back to this post and let you know if it worked.

Thank you!

Removing the other instances of MCR did the trick.
Thank you!
