Distinctive Ringing

Hi
1. Default ring settings on openstage HFA phones - hiPath ring mode. In this case I can with AMO SBCSU (type - optidat) change ringsound parameter 1,2,3... but with hiPath ring mode internal and external calls ring similarly. Can I change for this mode (hipath) global ring tone for internal and external calls?

OR

2. if I select LOCAL ring mode I can change different ring tone for internal and external calls but only via telephone or web.

and question - Can I do this with AMO? (change ring mode, change ring tone?).
because via WEB or directly by the telephone _ uncomfortable and requires many time

RE: Distinctive Ringing

1 -No. If 4K controls ringing then all you can adjust is a different cadence for external or internal, under ZAND RNGTYPE.

2 -No. If set to local ringer then 4K can’t configure. A DLS would be able to make mass deployment configurations.

Hi. I can't change melody on CMI DECT phone. Its hipath ring mode? How can I set my personal melody in dect phone menu? because I select melody but no effect

RE: Distinctive Ringing

Try with the "CALLTYPE" parameter (AMO SDAT) set for the CMI DECT phone.
