It seems unlikely what is shown in that video is VBA based.

I think VB6.0. But i don't think about it's idea

It's not obvious in the video. What the application has to do is to store office documents, open project related application and document, save and close document and its application, maybe submit it somewhere. It is a user action to go to next task and next project.
