I have a CallPilot 1002rp system on my CS2100 switch.

When I came in this morning the "The following services are not operational: CallPilot Multimedia Volume 103"

I performed a few simple tests this morning and could not get anything to work so restarted & it did not fix the issue



When I look at the server I can see it try over and over again try to restart the service. I can't figure out any way to make manual changes to the Multimedia Volumes.

Any help would be appreciated
