Power BI - Conditional Formatting on value issue

(OP)
Hello;

I am very new to Power BI. Like 1 week or less. I am trying to conditional format based on a number. So, I have 3 conditions (-1, 0, 1). I would like a green icon when the value is 0 or 1. When it is -1, the icon is red. When I attempt to use the conditional formatting, I only get a green indicator.

I've read and watched a few videos, but it seems that all the examples are percentages and don't apply to this type of situation.

What is the best way to do this?

Thanks,

Mike
