The answer doesn't offer much help. It might be easier to find out the software version first. Can you post a picture of the main cabinet showing the equipment cards?.

The card on the left in slot "0" next to the power unit is the CPU. What does it say?.
The 11c versions would say "SSC" and the older versions said something different such as "Syst Core" etc.

You might have to do a full shutdown for a few minutes, but I'd only consider doing that as a last resort.

If you can log in OK, go to LD 22 and key in ISS , then TID and finally SLT and keep a copy of the output.

sure you can see it here: https://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=...

that is the main cabinet, next to it there are two more cabinets.

the Card in slot ¨0¨ says SSC - NTDK20AB.

i able to log the only problems is that the constant IVD 000 out loop make it difficult to write, but i did manage to copy the output by pencil, here it is:

ISS: Version 2111
release 23
Issue 55+

TID: System ID: 10070733
Aux ID: 10070733

SLT: TNS 1000 letf 634 used 366
AGNT 1000 left 988 used 12
ACDN 300 left 288 used 12

RE: Message IVD 000 OUT 00000004 0000FF65 loop

Log in and go into LD43 and at the ".", key in DAT.

This should list 3 backups. The main and external backups should be the same. If they are, then try a reboot.

The other way as a workaround would be to remove "MTC" from the TTY that you log in with.

This is done in LD17
