I would like to translate a section of a word document using VBA. Is this possible? Can anybody help with a source code sample?

"translate a section of a word document" that statement could be taken in many ways. I assume you want to 'translate' some text from one language to another language (English to Chinese?), but I could be wrong.

yes, I have a word version of a book in Russian and I would like to translate it in English

I'd say: Good luck!
Here are some examples of how to Translate text using vba in Excel, but you could modify it to work in Word
