WebGL Error

I have an issue in running the .html file (generated in unity by webGL), the browser popups with an error,

"Failed to download file Build/build.data. Loading web pages via a file:// URL without a web server is not supported by this browser. Please use a local development web server to host Unity content, or use the Unity Build and Run option."

Please just provide some guidance on the Issue.

RE: WebGL Error

What part of the error message is not clear?

RE: WebGL Error

How to use a local development server to host Unity content without the use of the unity build and run option?

RE: WebGL Error

Either disable the security settings of your browser that limit local filesystem addresses (file://...) or put this on a local HTTP server.

Every OS has ready (or quickly installed) web services to serve HTTP content.
