CCR path not forwarding

CCR path not forwarding

Help. I spent two hours scratching my head. I have a Avaya BCM50 with a CCR tree and 5 paths. I cannot get path 5 to go to ext. 265. It tries then says "the person is not available".
I have tried:
Swapping extensions, phones, ports, DN's. It seems to work everywhere else except in her office.
You can call her directly, forward to her voice mail, or go thru the CCR tree to her phone (dialing ext#, You can NOT enter the CCR tree then enter option #5 (unless I send it somewhere else).

All I am trying to do is have people press 5 after hearing CCR greeting and have it ring on her phone. Is there any setting I might be missing.

RE: CCR path not forwarding

Sounds like maybe corruption, possibly with the mailbox itself?

Aside from rebooting the BCM or better yet, restarting Callpilot via BEM...

Is Path 5 corrupted?
-Test using another Path # such as 8 > Trsfr Int > 265

Is CCR 1 corrupted?
-Test using another Tree # with Path 5 > Trsfr Int > 265
This might be your quick fix.

Is the mailbox corrupted?
-Delete mailbox 265 the re-add it

Is Callpilot corrupted?
-Create a back if you have not.
-Do a "Restore" using the drop down "Restore from Factory Default"
Check only the Callpilot box to be restored
-Do a Restore using the drop down "My Computer" and select the backup file
Check only the Callpilot box to be restored

If for some reason the backup has also backed up corruption you could prove the theory by
-Do a "Restore" using the drop down "Restore from Factory Default"
Just setup the basic parameters so that you can test CCR 1 using Path 5 > Trsfr Int > 265
If that works then re-program the rest from scratch.

You might need to by some Rogain if nothing else works.

A different path to same ext. does not work.
A different ext. to same path does work.
Could the mail box be the problem if we are trying to forward to a phone (not the mail box)?

RE: CCR path not forwarding

I already asked that...
Is the mailbox corrupted?
-Delete mailbox 265 the re-add it
