Hi Team

Kindly assist, we recently re-installed out CUCM and everything else is working except for external outgoing calls that are cutting off immediately after the other end answers the call.

RE: CISCO CUCM CUTTING OFF OUTGOING EXTERNAL CALLS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE IS ANSWERED

My first thought would be a codec mismatch.

Certifications:
A+
Network+

CCNA Voice
CCNP Voice

Thanks gnrslashlif

I will check my codecs and revert back.

RE: CISCO CUCM CUTTING OFF OUTGOING EXTERNAL CALLS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE IS ANSWERED

To be short :

- No/one way audio : no1 cause is network
- call cut when taking call : no1 cause is codec

For the no2 cause, swap the answers ;)
