Merlin Legend Operator DSS

Merlin Legend Operator DSS

Merlin Legend Operator DSS

(OP)
I'm running a Legend 7.0 with two operator consoles, one has the DSS adjunct connected to the MLX20D (ext 10, logical 0). DSS Pages 1, 2, and 3 all function perfectly, programmed to start with ext 500 on page 1, Ext 550 on page 2 and 600 on page 3. Now when I connect the Merlin Legend II console (DSS is integrated,4 rows of 10 DSS buttons with a 32 button phone), the DSS assignments don't mirror the MLX console. The Legend is programmed to show two consoles, assigned to ext 10 and 22. When I slide the switch to 'programming' mode and press the first DSS button, the display shows "Auto Dial". I was unable to program that button. The DSS numbering scheme on this phone defaults to the lower 2 digit extension assignments, followed by the 500 series. Is there a way to have the Merlin console mirror the MLX DSS adjunct? Thanks for any and all advise!

RE: Merlin Legend Operator DSS

The DSS Buttons have to be changed under SYSTEM RENUMBER. If you have trouble finding it, let me know and I can give more details.
