Nortel BCM50 to VOIP system

Has anyone taken an old Nortel BCM50 and converted it to a VOIP system and connected to SIP Trunk servers?

if so, are there any "instructions" on how to do that?

RE: Nortel BCM50 to VOIP system

The BCM has been a hybrid system since inception with both digital and IP phones.

SIP Trunks is best with Release 6
You may need an upgrade and also keycodes to have the SIP Trunk capability.

Look at the very bottom of the BCM FAQ page for SIP Trunks by assorted carriers
All guides are all on the BCM itself via the main web page.

In future the BCM forum is here

Toronto, Canada
