HI Experts We have asstra ericsson MD110 system i need your help.
I want if any one call us from out side and the operater guy not answering till 5 ring it goes to night service.I want to install another telephone to work as night sevice. The second thing can we increase rings from to seven or ten. Can the operator be assigned DBC 225 to work as normal telephone .I mean to Attend the call by just lifting the hand set. Or we can make DBC 224 to attend the call by just lifting the handset and not pressing the answer key button.Thanks in advance for yours kind help.

My question is after five rings operator goes on niht service mode. I want to put an extension for night service.please give me instruction with commands. Thank you for you kind help.

Thank you for your kind help. RERNUM and NIG Directory can be new extension number. Please clarify thank you.

yes, this is an extension number

RERNUM is the internal reroute
NIG is the external reroute on the incoming route
They can be different numbers

Divert time is set under SYTDS command, check the setting with SYTDP; NOTE for MD110 this is a GLOBAL setting and affects all extensions. For extension diverts it was superseded by the PELPI command, rather than using CDINI,

Thanks all i want to install a new extenson for night service. so please give me instruction to perform operation as advised by Mr Pviorel to put extension in RERNUM And NIG or any thing else. Your guidance will be appriciated. Thank you all for your help.

Hi experts. Thanks to all yesterday i done the following configuration for Night answer position. Its working ok but there is a problem when the telephone
is busy and some one calls they found the operator is not available. Please guide me to increase the number of Que to the night answer position up to three. OPADC:CORG=1,NDIR=Y,RERNUM=666;
Please help me i will be very thankful to all.
