MS Access and Home Maintenance Applications

Anyone aware of applications developed with MS Access and designed to assist home owners with building maintenance for one only singe family home.

There are many high-end applications designed for business, however these are to elaborate for a single home.

This shouldn't be too difficult to build. I assume you would identify all entities on the property that might require some maintenance. Record the entity with the type of maintenance as well as the frequency. It isn't clear what other requirements you might have in place.

This is a subscription product.
I do not like the concept of placing this type of information online either.

I thought a google search would find a similar product developed in Access or Excel…. But no luck.

Most calendar apps have the ability to schedule recurring events.
