We have checked the phone line Tan status, give rest to the TNs, but no change.

Carried is saying their is no issue from their end,
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hunt set to 000 as it is designed to route to 5 phones, 5 TNs have same extensions.

Any suggestion will be appreciated!

while tracing from D-channel incoming messages, i am getting two reference IDs for single call, it is taking two trunks, not sure for what reason, there are so e sleep errors in one of those trunks.

Dear Stanley,

I reviewed few pages but my answer was not there.

Let me brief you the issue here one more time -

I have a DID xyz, it is configured on 5 phones on key 0.
Lhk is set to 4 lpk is 4
Hunt is 000.fdn is blank.am I missing anything here, I did checked the exclusive hold feature ot is there is XHD.
Please suggest if I need to check anything else I will try to put the information of a bad call sample, traces captured from dch messages.
