BUG IN MACOLA 7.5

BUG IN MACOLA 7.5

BUG IN MACOLA 7.5

(OP)
I can't log in to Macola Workflow Progression Explorer 7.5, every time a specific username and password is entered, I get an error saying:
2006:Invalid tool collection index error on frmMain form load Any suggestions?

the same happens with all units of work and all users

RE: BUG IN MACOLA 7.5

7.5 is like 23+ years old. Please tell us your exact version, I am pretty much 100% sure it is not 7.5.

Are you running MS SQL or Pervasive or even Btrieve (assuming you really are running 7.5). Please advise.

Currently MACOLA V7.5.102 is still being used, the error with the user occurs on my workstation, if I enter from another station it gives me access to PWE

RE: BUG IN MACOLA 7.5

I would reinstall the Macola client on that workstation.

Why are you on this ancient version of Macola? Are you still using Btrieve/Pervasive SQL?

You are on such an old version I am not sure how anyone can actually help you, but good luck regardless.
