MariaDB10 vs MariaDB5

MariaDB10 vs MariaDB5

(OP)
Not sure if I should have posted this in Asterisk forum but I am using MariaDB for Asterisk cdr.

ServerA (Debian 11): Asterisk + unixodbc 2.3.6
ServerB (Centos 7): MariaDB 5.5.68
This works perfectly.

Now I tried below.
ServerA (Debian 11): Asterisk + unixodbc 2.3.6
ServerB (Centos 7): MariaDB 10.3.28

This works ok, but when I restart Server B (MariaDB 10), Asterisk + unixodbc stopped talking to MariaDB 10 (all SQL query failed).
I will need to restart Asterisk, and then the Asterisk will start talking to MariaDB 10.
I don't see this behaviour with MariaDB 5.

Is this a new feature of MariaDB 10 monitoring persistent session or something?

Thanks for your help in advance.
