MICS: 4 phones-T7316's
I have a customer in a noisy environment. They are looking to get a light or loudspeaker for on hold reminder. Has anybody rigged something or is there a product that might work for this situation?

If no, is there another phone system that someone could point me to investigate.

Thanks for the many years of information this forum has given me.

RE: On Hold external notification

I doubt there is anything for On Hold Reminder.

Depending on how loud depends on options.

-Turn the volume up while the phone is idle, the test.
Pages etc will also be louder through the speaker.

-Not sure if this would work, maybe somebody can confirm but put an algo ringer above the phone and connect it to the headset jack.
If not loud enough still, connect a self amplified horn to the algo ringer speaker terminals.

-Tell them to eat more omega-3 fatty acids
