Hi, I use AVAYA euro 18d's and I have two extensions that the voicemail will not pick up the call. We do not use an auto-attendant. Our Secretary forwards the call to one of these extensions, it rings five times and then the call is sent back to the Secretary. She has to directly forward the call to VM to have it pick up? The other phones work properly.

Help Please.
