On hold notification

(OP)
Hi,
I have a CICS with 12 phones. 1 NON ringing phone has on hold notification and I can not seem to turn it off. I ended up copying another phone from the same office, which worked until they had a power outage now it is back to beeping.
Any way to turn this off?

RE: On hold notification

Not sure but I have heard of this weird phenomenon, perhaps on older version software.
Presume you mean "Held Reminder" which can be found under SystemProg/Features

If you mean turn it off at a particular set then no, only system wide.
Try changing the Prime Set to another DN, put a call on hold at the usual DN/s and see if problem follows to the new DN, if so change Prime Set to and unused DN if not required at any set then proceed to turn off Held Reminder.
