SV8300 PCPro - UNIVERGE UM8000 - NEC Series DT700: WMI light will stays on

(OP)
Hello, I had previously opened this post a few years ago about the WMI staying on. The same incident is happening (outlined in the previous post), and was hoping to see about correcting this problem. I was able to run the following command, suggested in the previous post: ...use the MOC mode. Put in CMD 200>*0>DE. use the DE key or enter key to scroll through codes, *0, *1, *2, ETC. looking for either the feature code A041, or a blank.
EX: 200>*7>A041

Here are the results:

COMMAND=200
200>0
200>0:800-
200>1:804-
200>2:804-
200>3:804-
200>4:804-
200>5:804-
200>6:803-
200>7:804-
200>8:A126-
200>9:804-
200>A:720-
200>B:721-

I didn't see a blank spot to use the A041 code. I can get a backup of the dB and attach, if that helps, since I have limited knowledge of programming running and programming commands.

RE: SV8300 PCPro - UNIVERGE UM8000 - NEC Series DT700: WMI light will stays on

The 720 and 721 means the range is expanded so now ty A0 to AB and B0 to BB. If you get any 7xx numbers in there you can then try Ax0 to AxB and so on.
The code associated with A041 is used to reset message wait. These may also be of use....
