Ringer Cadence

Ringer Cadence

Ringer Cadence

(OP)
Hi Folks, just bought several ClearOne Max analog wireless phones. They look like Polycoms. Only thing is – it doesn’t ring on incoming calls. I talked to a tech at ClearOne – he said it had something to do with ringer cadence of 2 sec on, 4 off. He mentioned that the only way to change the cadence is at the CO – I figured there was a way on our Avaya 6.0 CM switch. The only place I could find this on the switch was on ‘location parameters’. I didn't changed anything. According to emulation, the calls are coming thru – just no ring on the phone. Any suggestions?
We put the phones back on a EricStation vTech analog wired phone. – These do work.
