having a brain freeze this morning... Remind me, if a caller has their phone forwarding unconditional offsite, then the only way it would go to the internal VM Pro is if the forwarding was not going through, correct? Is there a timer perhaps I am forgetting? I have one user who appears to have forwarding correct, was working fine up until a few days ago. Seems to ring a few times then forward to her internal voice mail. The system status shows a line being seized to complete the forwarding process...
