Dear experts,

Any idea for the above issue?
After press # and 'yes' the ip phone work normally.

The problem you need to investigate is why the IPO rebooted, the log on issue is just a symptom not the cause

have you checked for power loss or any other cause in system status?


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Due yo the power outage of the ipo 500.

But when I disconnected the cable, after reboot the ip phone 1608, it showed the same as above.
We did not find this case in the past.
