SMB Router for SIP suggestions?

Hey there,

We have to replace a Cisco RV320 with something else(open to suggestions) for a client using SIP provided by Panasonic. Client does not have a SBC, so hoping I can find a router that will allow me only allow certain external IP addresses to use a port.

Any suggestions?
