Partner ACS ASA/DXD pickup issue

Partner ACS ASA/DXD pickup issue

(OP)
My customer has an AVAYA ACS 509 with both ASA/DXD and Large voice mail cards in the system.

Where can I find the programming manual or a reference to programming for the ASA/DXD Card.

I need to verify why it the ASA stopped picking up the calls.

It was working until a line port died. The system was never shut down but I need to help make the ASA work again.

Thanks much, Joe
