Look at the ESA Data Block in lD 24

Hello KCFLHRC,
I already "out" the ESA and started a new ESA and did not accept it.
now I am trying to use the old configuration and it is not accepting it either.
sadeyes

RE: 911 calls not ringing on base side.

That's why it's not notifying the set, the ESA config is gone

RE: 911 calls not ringing on base side.

(OP)
I just "outed" it this morning. It had stopped notifying few weeks ago.
but still it is not accepting its own old config now.

RE: 911 calls not ringing on base side.

Well, you need to get the old config back in there and then see if it works. Keep in mind the OSDN has to be unique, meaning it can't appear anywhere else. Just on 1 phone set.

RE: 911 calls not ringing on base side.

Can you post a print out of what you took out or did you not print before outing it?

RE: 911 calls not ringing on base side.

(OP)
You are just awesome.
The OSDN was appearing everywhere. I had to trace all the TNs it was showing on and remove.
I made unique just like you said and it worked.
I cannot thank you enough.thumbsup2
