anyone know how to reset BCM50 Extension Module, We had power surge and somehow some of our our phones came up but most didn't. After looking further into it only the phone connected to Main BCM are working and the phone connected to the expansion modules aren't even powering on! any tips guys? Thank you

RE: BCM50 Extension Module Reset

Either the digital module is faulty or the power adapter.
You could also try logging in via Element Manager and looking at the module status to see if you can enable it from there?.

RE: BCM50 Extension Module Reset

It could also be the expansion cabinet itself has an issue.

The LED lights tell a story too, they are on the cabinet, the MBM (module) and the PS.
