ASBCE Remote Workers: Adding an reverse proxy for Avaya Workplace Client

(OP)
Hello all,

Following the document, it does not really explain what to put for the "Server Address"

It does not like the local IP of my IPO of my FQDN. What is it looking for?

I got it to work like below. Should the check box be enabled? Does not mention in Avaya Document.

derfloh: Thank you. Is it correct to put the port after the Server Address like I have it?

"Are you sure that it not only works because you have an application relay active?" - I am not sure what you mean here.

As of now, it appears to be sort or working. On my app, when I try and remotely log in, it complains about the certificate

My phone still has the old certificate from when I had IX Workplace working without an ASBCE, so that error is to be expected.

Thus far, the Avaya document has not outlined adding the certificates, assuming it is no different than doing so without an ASBCE.

The client loads the WebRootCA.pem from IPO during first connection (46xxsettings.txt parameter MY TRUSTCERTS). This root cert is used for all the following connections. You have to ensure that the WebRootCA.pem reflects the CA certificate of the CA that issued your server certificate. Or it has to reflect the whole chain.
