IPO Server 11 Directed Call Pickup

IPO Server 11 Directed Call Pickup

IPO Server 11 Directed Call Pickup

Hello Everyone,

This is going to be a simple question that I can't seem to answer.

We have an IPO Server Edition rel 11 with secondary server and 2 expansion units. Expansions are talking through websockets. We want to have a directed call pickup from an IP ext on the server to a digital extension on a expansion. When in button programming, I have the directed pickup feature however only the users on the local unit that the extension is connected to are showing up.

Directed pickup works fine from IP to IP on the server and digital to digital on the CU expansion. IP phones are j139 and digital are 9508.

Open ended question, What am I missing ?
