Can't Make or Receive calls from Avaya Vantage

(OP)
Hi ,
Currently I have IP Office Server with ip office 11.0.0.0.0 build 849, currently working fine with J129, J139 and J179 Phone. But Vantage K175 desk phone now working properly. We have upgraded successfully with firmware to latest R2_2_0_5 and Android Version it is showing 8.1.0.

The Phone says it logged in with the extension but unable to make calls or receive calls.

Please anyone help me.

RE: Can't Make or Receive calls from Avaya Vantage

If you look at the extension in system status does it say the user is logged in. Kind of sounds like it is in a nouser state but that is just a guess not much to go on here.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Hi
Thanks for your reply..
Yes it says the phone is logged in..Extension Status

If I upgrade the IPO System Version to 11.0.4.2.0 build 58 or 11.1 Is it helpful to resolve the issue?

Eagerly Waiting for reply..
