I have built an AWS instance using the Avaya AMI for IP Office 11.1

I have a couple of questions on its configuration and licensing

How do I assign a domain url to this and generate a lets encrypt certificate for this ?
certbot does not find the domain I have configured as hostname for LAN1 interface.

I have signed up for "No Relation" on http://plds.avaya.com/
I would like to buy a subscription for a few power users.

On logging in, I am directed to a page mentioning that PLD is not currently available to me.
How do I get licences for my instance ?

Additional Info - I have created another ticket for webrtc media failure which is on a subscription from a Avaya Partner instance and not on this server.

Thanks
