Hi ,
been asked by a customer to install a call pilot 150 onto a option 11c. They want to be able to have there voicemails go to email. There old meridian mail cant do this hence the upgrade to a call pilot 150. Here's my question , can you take any old call pilot 150 and add the call pilot 150 option 11 software flash card to the call pilot 150 to make it work on the option 11 or do you have to have a specific call pilot 150 only made for the option 11. Also the keycodes that work on the call pilot 150 mics/cics do they work on the call pilot 150 option 11. Thanks

Yes you should be able to as it's the same hardware, it would be called "mini" as the nick name.

The keycodes are against the Callpilot (itself) and not the phone system.

Hi Curly Cord thanks for the quick response! ill make my question a little clearer. I've got the call pilot 150 mini with the option 11 software. I call abc telecom vendor , request 32 mail box upgrade , give him the serial number of the call pilot , is he able to give me key codes for the upgrade or do i need to contact a specific vendor or to do this ?

While I do keycodes for the 100/150 I am not sure on the Mini format, if is works the same or not as I have never seen Mini software.
