MiCC - Withholding Number

MiCC - Withholding Number

MiCC - Withholding Number

(OP)
Hi all hope you're well.

Very pleased to have found these threads as I am new to the MiCC solution after moving from an Avaya IPO system!

Is there a default shortcut for agents to withhold their outgoing number on calls? It's not something I'd like to set persistently. Previously they would simply prefix the dialled number with 141 which is standard for where we are (UK).

Appreciate any advice.

Tom

RE: MiCC - Withholding Number

There is no shortcut on the MiCC application (be it Ignite or CCC).
The cleanest way is to add a key to insert the 141 digit.

RE: MiCC - Withholding Number

I suppose you won't get correct reports of the agent, but technically you could program a multiline key, with an other number.
That number has a COS wich doesn't send the number.
