Call Forward to Cell on Avaya Partner

(OP)
I'm trying to call forward an Avaya Partner phone to a cell phone. They system software is Version 7.0.
Here is what I have tried and after these steps when I call the phone that should be forwarded it still rings that phone.

From Station 10
Feature 00
Left Intercom button 2 times
#322
Entered extension -42(Station to forward off-site)
Press 1 says activated
Feature 00

Set up a forward button F11 on Extension 42

Tried to activate by Pressing Forward button then 42 then 80. Button lit but doesn’t forward when called

Also Cannot dial speed dial 80 from extension 42 by press Feature 80 but when I check Feature 80 it shows the external telephone number in the display

Can someone tell me what I am missing?

Thanks

RE: Call Forward to Cell on Avaya Partner

Does Ext. 42 have lines assigned to it, are they unrestricted, does it have Auto Line Select set to grab Line 1, 2, 3, etc.?

Once you can get Ext. 42 able to dial Feature 80, you can make the forward button Feature-11-42-80 and it will be a one-touch toggle On/Off

RE: Call Forward to Cell on Avaya Partner

try 9 then the number you want to forward to in Feature 80 slot. This is the access code for getting outside the system.
