I have a few BCM 50s networked. I set up the auto attendant to transfer some CCR options to remote sites' hunt group (billing department).

Is there a way I can set a timer so that when the AA in BCM #1 transfers a call to BCM#2 and it rings no answer, I can revert it back to BCM #1?

RE: AA solution

No idea but maybe Overflow HG DN at site B to site A, then at site A create a target with that DN and assign it to wherever you want.
As fi dial in set to set but HG to set?

RE: AA solution

THanks. I will have to test this out. Because it transfers via a route, it's a one way transfer.
