Does anyone know if customers (end-user) are allowed access to PLDS for their own licenses? I have a client that used to be a vendor engineer, now is employed by a customer with several locations and is asking to have it set up so he can move licenses between his Sold-To locations himself. I know they can request SSO login for support.avaya and IP Office knowledgebase... wasn't sure about this though.

Yes this is possible.
The customer can call Avaya support or request one online provided they know their sold to number.
They can also move licenses between the systems too and even re-host. Hope this helps.
