Reset System Admin password for Partner Messaging R1, R6 or R7

(OP)
Hi, I have a donated Partner system, R6, with a Partner Messaging not sure of release. I'm locked out of System Admin. I have tried my usual backdoor passwords and I have tried reset password up front without getting into Admin. No luck. I acquired the system to donate to a non profit.

RE: Reset System Admin password for Partner Messaging R1, R6 or R7

Get it online and accessible, and I can call in and reset the P/W

I'm assuming you are going to call into the system? I've never used the dial in feature b4. What do I need to do to prepare the Partner to make it accessible to you?

RE: Reset System Admin password for Partner Messaging R1, R6 or R7

No, just stick it on a dial tone and have either the automated attendant or a mailbox answer. OR, answer a live call and transfer to 777. I can clear the current password and set to a known value so you can go back in after me and set it to whatever you want.

You will find my contact information on my website.
