Group VM for all phones on a system

Group VM for all phones on a system

Group VM for all phones on a system

(OP)
Hello,

I have to set up my system such that all incoming calls are directed to a single VM box that should then be accessible from any phone EXT on the network.

I have it now where incoming calls are directed to the group 601 containing all phones and there is a prompt to record a message when the call overflows. After recording the message though, theres no indicator light on any phone and I am unable to access the message.

I would just call the guys at Panasonic but it's a Saturday and they are closed. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Group VM for all phones on a system

Message waiting key with group number, alternativly you can forward the messages to a mailbox (if TVM50/200 or NS UM VM)

I would suggest you get a TVA50/TVA200 if in the USA(Americas) or TVM50/TVM200 Europe & elsewhere.
Are you using the TDA/TDE/NCP series or the smaller units?
