Hi folks

Does anyone know if the BCM related software downloads are still available to download from the avaya downloads.avaya.com websites? I know they were moved to PLDS but was just wondering if they should still be available

Was a specific entitlement required to access them or was access to PLDS enough

I just now emailed you on this a little.

The client needed to have a service contract with them in order to have access (site ID #) to the files or be and authorized vendor.

There is some software available.

Since you are at R6 there is not much you need but reply to the email if there was something you needed which I probably have.
