How I can seperate the historical reports of AACC between two groups ?

How I can seperate the historical reports of AACC between two groups ?

(OP)
Hi all,

Our customer has an existing AACC server used as call center for two product team (A and B).

The customer want to seperate the historical reports of team A and team B, so the supervisors of "team A" can only see and print their reports and they should not see the reports of "team B" and vise versa.

Is this possible on AACC (historical reports) ?

I'm able to do it with realtime reports.

Thank you in advance.

RE: How I can seperate the historical reports of AACC between two groups ?

That is all controlled in the Partition assignments under Access and Partition Management. Not only can you partition report groups but you also skillsets, applications, cdns and more.

Hi StanleySteamer,

Thanks for your reply, I have already tried with partitions and filter but still can see reports of other groups
Ok, I will check if not missing something.

Thank you.
