Hi can anybody help me with the error cimming on LDP handset , “error from station 322”

RE: Hi can anybody help me with the err

Hi,
Have you tried another phone? Is this a digital phone or ip phone? If it’s a digi try another port on the phone system.
Regards
Mark

Hi jonah, this is Digital phone. You mean need to change the port forwarding rule on router ?

Thanks

OK, the error from 322 message could potentially be a call routing issue in 322. Such as the handset has invalid forwarding rule or similar. But as suggested above and from your own information. These are LDP (Digital) phones and you should simply be able to move this extension to another port on the system to ascertain whether it is the system thats at fault or the handset. I would suggest it is the 322 handset
