Anybody else run into an issue with a Windows 10 machine running version 6.2.13.0 that cannot connect or open saved backups when offline? The "Initializing, please wait" window comes up but that's where it stops and just hangs there.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but didn't make a difference.
