Good morning. I'm trying to help a new District Manager learn how to add back office employees in NAM/CFC. She is confused as there are to different version of how this is done, one using the Back Office Security tab in Maint/Labor/Users, and the other using Users in Maint/Labor. My question - where do I get the latest version of NAM/CFC, and what is best practice for upgrading? Thanks!
