Hi All.

Once upon a time, before cleaning my office (bad idea, I know), in my avaya books, there was a little page that showed how short codes for users / user rights / System Short codes interacted.

As I remember, the system first looks at user short codes, then user rights short code (if nothing in user that would over-ride) and then system short codes (if nothing in user / user rights that would over-ride).

Am I remembering correctly?

Regards

Westi also wrote a FAQ for this forum which you can find here:

How shortcodes work on ANY release by Westi

I'd encourage everyone to go to the FAQ page and see all of the awesome information available to us
