This site has been using the MiCollab mobile client for several months without any issues.

I upgraded the PBX and MiCollab servers to the latest version on the 5th. Ever since, the users can only retrieve their messages by calling into voicemail.

I've got a ticket open with Mitel support already and Tier1 guys seem stumped at this. He's referring this to Tier 3 on both the NuPoint and MiColab teams.

I figured that while I'm waiting to see the response from them, I'd ask here to see if anyone has had this issue... if so, what was the solution?

I havent seen it -we are doing upgrades and new installs to MIVB 9.1.0.95 and micollab 9.1.3.205 and dont have the issue

what versions exactly?
What clients are being used - next gen or 7.3 or smart device ?
what versions of clients are being used
is it an issue inside the network and outside ?
how is micollab connected to internet ( via MBG web proxy or direct?)
does everything else in client work

we upgraded our Micollab to the latest 9.2.0.32 - still works on that as well
